IS IT SAFE TO ORDER ONLINE?
You can rest assured that you are safe. However if you would rather order by phone, simply contact us personally to process your order.
ARE MY PERSONAL DETAILS SAFE?
Evive will ensure your privacy. We will never share your details with any other parties, and will not store your credit card details (should you choose to pay by credit card over the phone). We will keep your customer information on file so we can keep in touch with you, and advise you of any special promotions or events. If at any time you would like your information removed from our files please contact us.
HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
Orders can be made fast, efficiently and safely via our online store. If however you are unable to order online, you can simply contact Evive and if you are in the right location you can place your order – email@example.com
HOW IS MY ORDER SENT?
Evive will ensure the most efficient delivery of your order by Express Post or by courier service – whichever is the safest, fastest and most economical for your location. In this way we maximise efficiency and security, allowing us to monitor your shipment through a certified tracking number and/or by your authorisation where a signature is required for your parcel to be collected. If you have any special delivery instructions please advise us of these in the comments section when placing your order.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Orders are usually despatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment. While Express Post guarantees delivery the following working day in metropolitan areas, please allow up to three working days for delivery (regional country areas may take a little longer.) If your order does not arrive within the specified time, please contact us and we will happily follow up with the relevant postage/courier service.
DO PRICES LISTED INCLUDE GST?
All Evive prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars (NZD $) and these prices include GST.
WHAT IS EVIVE RETURNS POLICY?
It is very important to Evive that you are delighted with your purchase. Your satisfaction is our priority. We have 100% quality control with all our products, however if you do find that an item is faulty, or if you find that the package is damaged in any way, then we will happily exchange the item. Please refer to the Evive ‘Returns Policy’ for full details.
YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL
Please check your order confirmation email thoroughly. If there are any errors or changes please email us immediately. Please note that changes cannot be made once your order is shipped.
If you do not receive an Order Confirmation Email you may have entered an incorrect email address. Please email us and we will correct the email address and send you a copy of your order and your order number.
All order cancellations must be emailed. Your order is considered current unless cancelled in writing by either the customer or Evive. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
Evive product availability is updated in real time, if an item is sold out this will be stated and the option to purchase will not be available. If there are any delays in shipping we will notify you immediately.
It is very important to Evive that you are delighted with your purchase. Your satisfaction is our priority.
